New Provider Information

Are you a program operator caring and serving meals to children?

If so, you may be eligible to participate in CACFP and receive reimbursements for serving children healthy meals and snacks!

Who is Eligible for the Program?

You must be a licensed family day care provider. Caring for a least one day care child, full or part time.

How does the program work?

You will be reimbursed for meals and/or snacks you provide to the children. These meals must meet USDA nutrition guidelines.

• Copy of Your Daycare License

• Copy of Your ID

• If Licensed for over a year now, submit proof that you have paid your last licensing dues
